100% default, 200% is double the charge rate compared to others

If enabled, Edge will try to not stop charging this EV, to prevent certain EV brands from shutting down and not starting to charge again. This will provide priority of the available current is less than 6A per EV. When more than 6A is available this will not have any effect.
