Returns all cards from the card database in csv format.
The columns are:
cardId, status, expirationDate, lastOccurance, count, userName, priority, flags
count is the number of stored transactions for the card (derived from the transaction database). On firmware before V1.38.0 it was a legacy swipe counter, and userName/priority/flags were left empty when no card user was configured; since V1.38.0 the user columns are always present.
