Paged variant of getAllKnownCards, available since Edge V1.38.0. A single getAllKnownCards reply overflows the LMS/EVCnet wire size cap beyond a few hundred cards (it fails rather than truncating), so large fleets should page this endpoint instead.

Returns up to limit cards starting at offset in csv format, with the same columns as getAllKnownCards:

cardId, status, expirationDate, lastOccurance, count, userName, priority, flags

count is the number of stored transactions for the card. A page returning fewer than limit rows is the last page. Keep limit to a few hundred so a full page always fits one reply.
