Introduced in V1.38.0. Returns every available data-logger-channel with its id, name, unit and purpose, plus its last value. Use this to discover channels by name before requesting data by id (getLatest / getHistorical / subscribe). The value column is empty for channels that have not logged a sample yet. Optionally narrow the result with the filter and purpose query parameters.
