Returns stored charging transactions in csv format, newest first, with the columns:

transactionId, cardId, startTimeEpoch, durationSeconds, kwh, maxPowerW, stationUid, connector

startTimeEpoch is a unix epoch in seconds, kwh is the charged energy with one decimal, maxPowerW is the peak charging power over the session in watts (0 if never sampled). All filter parameters (card, from, to, stationUid) are optional and combine with AND. Results are paged with offset/limit: limit is capped at 300 so a full page always fits one reply. A page returning fewer than limit rows is the last page.

Requires the EdgeManager or Admin API role; other roles get 403.
