Returns cards used since the from date in csv format.
The columns are:
cardId, status, expirationDate, lastOccurance, count, userName, priority, flags
count is the number of stored transactions for the card. Since Edge V1.38.0 the user columns (userName, priority, flags) are always present; before V1.38.0 they were left empty when no card user was configured, and count was a legacy swipe counter.
